It's BLOOPS!

BLOOPS is a game where you try to draw loops to collect bits as quickly as possible. You gotta go fast because they don't last long. 

Don't blow them up -- watch out for bombs!

Freeze bits and they won't get scared away. Frozen bombs also won't explode!

  

Multiply your gold bits for extra points.

Generally just frantically draw loops and hope for the best.
